Green Rock Enters 2024 with Expanded Team, Adding Strength to the Firm’s Finance and Analyst Capabilities

Green Rock Energy Partners, a sustainable infrastructure focused private equity firm, is entering 2024 with an expanded team that now includes three recent hires, who bolster its capabilities in finance, accounting, and value creation. David Lemma has been appointed as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, and Mia Krolczyk and Moise Harari have joined as Senior Analysts.

David Lemma brings more than a decade of accounting and audit expertise, having previously served as the Financial Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at MA Asset Management, LLC. His role there involved leading accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance and playing a crucial part in the integration of Blue Elephant into MA Financial Group Limited. Prior to this, Lemma, a Certified Public Accountant, spent six years at Deloitte and Touche LLP, specializing in audit and assurance services for the financial services industry.

Mia Krolczyk transitions to Green Rock from BerQ RNG, a renewable natural gas development company. Her focus there was on investment decisions and strategic planning in renewable natural gas development. Starting her career as an industrial engineer at FedEx, Krolczyk brings a unique blend of engineering acumen and business operations insight, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Moise Harari joins the firm from hybrid growth equity and consulting firm Archetype, bringing his experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, and product development. At Archetype, Harari was instrumental in driving value creation for portfolio companies and engaging in both equity growth and consulting projects.

These strategic hires come at a pivotal time for Green Rock, as it continues to expand its market presence to develop, own, and operate environmentally responsible and financially attractive businesses that are key to the ongoing energy transition.
